- 遭7至8名便衣警員制服時，被警員以警棍毆打後腦至流血，卻不讓他求醫，提堂才獲裁判官下令被告前往醫院求醫	When the protester was arrested by 7 to 8 plain-clothed officers, he was beaten in the back of the head to the extent that it bled, but was not given medical attention, until when he appeared in court the magistrate ordered him to be sent to the hospital for medical attention.
- 錄取口供時受到恐嚇，揚言「一陣會打死你」「最憎越南人，法官都最憎越南人，判得你更重」「拉你全家」等	He was threatened when he was recording his testimony with phrases like "we will beat you to death later" "we police hate the Vietnamese the most, the magistrates too hate the Vietnamese the most, he will sentence you to a harsher punishment" "we will arrest your whole family" etc.
- 逼被告唱《願榮光歸警察》	The accused was forced to sing "Glory to the Police"
- 警方在沒有搜查令，及未得被告同意下強行搜屋	The police forcefully searched the accused's house without a warrant nor his permission
The prosecution says that the accused has a petrol bomb, however accused says this is untrue as he never had a petrol bomb
- 雙手被綁時，警方曾把樽類物體強行放至他手中；被告被指管有汽油彈	When the accused's hands were tied together, police put a bottle-shaped object onto his hands forcefully; the accused was alleged to be in possession of a petrol bomb
- 警員要求被告交出手機密碼不果後，警員摘下他的眼鏡，並扔在地下用腳踩，他因受驚而交出密碼	When the police officer could not obtain the accused's phone password, he took down the accused's glasses and stomped it on the ground. He was frightened and gave him the password
- 抵達搜證室時，被警員用強光照射，並對他説些侮辱性字眼，其間有警員說「擘大你隻眼」	When he arrived at the search room, police officers shined a strong light at the accused, and used derogatory insults. A police officer said "look harder at the light"
- 被捕後遭到警員威嚇，指不能向示威現場人士及記者大叫自己的姓名	After arrest, the accused was threatened by the police, and told that he cannot shout his name out to other demonstrators and the press
- 曾被警方拳打腳踢	The accused was punched, hit, and beaten by police
- 曾連中警員三棍，一棍在頸部、兩棍在左手前臂，需入院檢查	He once suffered 3 baton hits at one time, one in the neck and two in the left forearm, and requires medical attention.
